Guided Meditation

Join me for an hour of guided meditation.  If you are new to meditation or have never tried meditation, this is the best place to begin.  Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or bolster, get comfy and experience silencing the mind.  Meditation has numerous benefits to restoring mental and physical health.  

Please arrive by 6:45pm to meet the others in the class.  I will happily answer any questions or concerns.  We will begin promptly at 7pm.  Class will last about 45 minutes.  Light refreshments and sweets will be provided by Herbaceous Catering.

Class size is limited to 10 guests.  $10 to reserve your spot or $15 the day of providing there is still space.  Use the Venmo link at the bottom of the page for payment option.
